Do not overthink your first choice

Recruits do not need to arrive with everything figured out. The point is to get involved, learn the culture, and start building useful experience.

If you already know what you want

  • Pick the division that matches the gameplay you are most excited to do regularly.
  • Use the application to tell leadership where you think you fit best.
  • Expect cross-training and mission support outside your specialty when needed.

If you are not sure yet

  • Apply anyway and state that you are undecided.
  • Leadership can help place you based on interest, skill set, and current needs.
  • You are not expected to know every system or role before joining.

Broad structure at a glance

Command sits above all three elements and coordinates joint operations. Divisions operate within their specialty but pull together when the mission requires it.
